After several years with Rob Bassett for both home and auto insurance, I decided to part ways due to significant and ongoing premium increases. This office has been great so far! I had never experienced the insurance claims process, until a few weeks ago. The staff here outlined the steps I needed to take to file a claim, and it all worked out! They were honest and knowledgeable, no funny business.

I was shopping around for auto insurance when i received a call from STAR who caught my attention by her super professional and very helpful customer service I was already stressed from shopping around but she helped me soooo much and made the experience wonderful I wish I had spoke with her this morning it would have made my day so much better…. Prior to my introduction to this "office", my relationship with State Farm lasted longer than my parents' marriage. In my short time as a client of Rob Bassett's, Rob personally accused me of being a liar, and my auto insurance was canceled without WARNING OR NOTIFICATION and I was never reimbursed for the policy where my payments were lost and then "rediscovered." In 20 years of driving this was the worst experience I've had with auto insurance. Within ONE month of switching to State Farm I started having issues with policies being cancelled out of the blue, and disappearing from my online account and within the app. It was a headache from the start. I've never had this experience with any of the competitors which is why I'm going right back to where I was.
