I will strongly advise people to stay away from Rothan eatate agent, the one in Brixton. Had I known they already had a bad reputation I wouldn't have used them. The first issue I had with them was that they dishonesty rented my property as a HMO when they said it would be rented to one family. Once I found out, I realised they had underpaid me for almost three years when they started managing my property.
