I’ve been living at Roaster’s Block for about a year I usually don’t leave reviews, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. From August 12–18, I was left without proper air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, I was told the AC was “working” when maintenance was in my unit when it clearly wasn’t. I’ve lived here for a little while now and have had a great experience overall. The property is well-kept, the units are solid, and any time something needs attention, it actually gets handled quickly. Big shoutout to the maintenance team—especially Brandon—he’s always been super helpful and easy to work with. Definitely makes a difference.
I’m currently in my third year living at Roaster’s Block, and I truly couldn’t be happier. From day one, it’s been clear that the team here genuinely cares about the quality of the property and the well-being of the residents. INCREDIBLE TEAM, INCREDIBLE PLACE It's hard to state how excellent and personal the front office and maintenance team are. I've lived in many places before and I've never seen a team this concerned about the overall experience of living there. A few months ago I gave Roasters a 2 star review based on managements handling of multiple car break-ins in the above ground lot. Since then, they’ve worked with their third party security company to increase the presence around the area, and it seems to have worked. My previous 2 star review was based solely on this issue. But for that issue, they would have received 5 stars. The management team heard my complaints and got a solution, and the Maintencence team continues to be top notch
