I lived here about 5 years. I can't think of one complaint. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are well kept, the regular events they host are fun. I could go on! I recently moved out, at no fault of Roaster's Block, but they definitely have my recommendation .
Long time residents here! ☺️👋 There are plenty of “luxury” apartment communities to choose from in downtown KC, and Roasters Block holds its own. I’ve been living at Roaster’s Block for about a year I usually don’t leave reviews, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. From August 12–18, I was left without proper air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, I was told the AC was “working” when maintenance was in my unit when it clearly wasn’t. I’ve lived here for a little while now and have had a great experience overall. The property is well-kept, the units are solid, and any time something needs attention, it actually gets handled quickly. Big shoutout to the maintenance team—especially Brandon—he’s always been super helpful and easy to work with. Definitely makes a difference.
I’m currently in my third year living at Roaster’s Block, and I truly couldn’t be happier. From day one, it’s been clear that the team here genuinely cares about the quality of the property and the well-being of the residents.
