So incredibly happy to be a resident of Roaster’s Block! The building is stunning—I am constantly in awe of the gorgeous architecture (floor-to-ceiling windows... swoon!), crown molding, columns, and overall design. Even though it's located at 7th and Broadway in the heart of bustling downtown KC, the neighborhood still feels quaint and romantic. It has been an absolute pleasure living here at Roaster's Block. This place had everything I needed and more. The location is great, the amenities are even better, and the staff is always wonderful. I highly recommend checking out Roaster's Block if you are looking for a new place to live!

I lived here about 5 years. I can't think of one complaint. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are well kept, the regular events they host are fun. I could go on! I recently moved out, at no fault of Roaster's Block, but they definitely have my recommendation .
Long time residents here! ☺️👋 There are plenty of “luxury” apartment communities to choose from in downtown KC, and Roasters Block holds its own. Beautiful property, great amenities, and thoughtfully finished units. ✔ I LOVE the adult vibe in this little pocket of the city! However!
