As a single independent coffee store started in 1981 few people knew what gourmet coffee was or what it had to offer. There was no such thing as Kenya, Kona, French Roast, Mocha-Java or any other coffee by that name. The commercial brands that came in a can, that was all the coffee drinking public knew. Fantastic coffee, food and atmosphere . . . a home away from home!
Best most awesome coffee spot I've ever been too. And you can get jewelry and art there as well, or just chill to the environment. Super cool Shop owners!

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. I am From the San Diego area so was looking for a coffee place that wasn't a Starbucks! Absolutely loved the coffee and the owners!! So much so I bought two pounds of coffee beans! One to keep and one to give to my friend! The beans are roasted on site! Why wouldn't you go try this place out! I'll be buying online from them now that I'm back home in SD!
