Roastar was great to work with and our CSR was very helpful and informative. The website outlines its requirements and guidelines well, making it easy to know how to submit artwork, place orders and make the process move along seamlessly!
The directions for how to setup your artwork for the label are some of the worst instructions I've ever received in my life, they are infinitely more confusing than they are helpful. Every time your artwork gets rejected, which is almost every time, it's typically due to things so minor that they could fix the problems themselves in less time than it would take to deny the art.
