I have been a long-term patient of this practice and have been prescribed a medication here for severe migraines for over a year. The medication has been effective and medically necessary, which makes this experience especially disappointing. I was seeing Carly(PA) for my severe migraines, I absolutely loved her! The office on the other hand was very frustrating. I paid my co pay every time I went for my visits and months later the charged my credit card(with out my permission) for them and added charges. The total was over $600, called to talk to them and they said it was there right to charge it when I had an outstanding balance(which was not true). Terrible experience, wouldn't even recommend for a stray dog, let alone human care. The women don't listen, and try to "recommend" things you've already explicitly said you are not interested in. They don't look at medical history, don't follow up after a treatment to see if it's working, truly the worst experience I've had in a while. They'll make you go through extra and unnecessary tests just to make a few more bucks, tests that you don't need if they would just look at your medical history. Not real impressed! The office still has not responded to a phone call from 10 days ago - No follow up on wicked medication! Bad side effects- Again no call back! Diagnosis was given without a physical exam - or all the test done to determine a proper diagnosis- an trying to suggest I don’t drive - just punch me in the low gut !!
