Very professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended. - this was my first review several years ago - now that valley view has taken over I never see the same doctor, my prescription has been sent to the wrong pharmacy when its triple confirmed in their ridiculous check in process they dont respond to messages. The check in process online takes an hour to complete. They consistently fail to bill my insurance. Online platform is a poor design. Looking for a new office. My regular doctor retired & so I thought I'd try a new doc. Never have I felt so small in my life. Shari K. was cold and inattentive, and made me feel like an inconvenience right from the start. Then later in the appointment when I asked a few questions "out of the scope of the appointment" she said I'd need to make a different appointment to get those answers or she'd have to charge me extra. We had our son in speech therapy at Valley View Hospital (Carbondale) from May to September, and our experience was very disappointing. The billing has been confusing and frustrating—we’ve been paying consistently, yet new and out-of-order charges keep appearing, including a recent bill from August after already paying September.
