Great Physician Dr. Byrd is very proffesional. He is nice and so is the staff. You can usually get an appointment within 3 to 5 days of calling. He does an excellent exam. Any problems you have he answers so you can understand. If he can't give you an answer he will get you where you need to go for answers.
Doctor is nice, staff not so great. Dr. Byrd saw my husband on a few occasions and was professional and helpful. However, the staff is less than friendly and quite lazy. It seems every time I had to call there to ask a question or get something faxed, they acted as if you were bothering them and they didn't like it. It left me asking myself, are you there to do a good job, or just do a job? I was disappointed.
