Sirs, I normally don't respond to surveys. However, your response to our problem was absolutely wonderful. And as the tech explained there wasn't a problem at all. They had our unit going soon. I told him we add a momentary power outage recently. I think it had some effect on our system. Anyway thank you for your quick response.
Our AC went out during the heat wave. The service was fast and efficient. The repairman was nice and very polite.
