We really enjoyed working with Walter. He came prepared with knowledge about our home and the area at the very first meeting. He is all the things you need in the person selling your home. He does his homework, is responsive, professional and an effective communicator. He was calm and level headed when things got stressful (thank goodness!) We would definitely use him again!
