The salon is always spotless and has an upscale feel, yet the pricing is consistent and reasonable—which I really appreciate. I have been going here for awhile however I recently came and got dip powder put on my nails on 08/02. Only to find out when I booked my next appointment 08/16 and I decided to get builder gel. Elena started to take off the dip that Tony had done which is the nail tech that put the nail dip on at my last apt on 08/02. I first went to Roanoke Nail Salon in May 2025 and my service was great. Unfortunately the second time I went for a full set, I did not have such a positive experience. The nail tech was very friendly, however, my cuticles were not touched at all, and the acrylic was placed on very thick, so thick that my nail beds are still aching. I am frustrated that I paid for a full service but did not receive the desired results or outcome of that service.
