Terrible quality slow service, and no respect for customers.
I had been searching several dealerships around Illinois for a particular RAM pickup. Roanoke had what I was looking for and was priced lower than other dealerships with similar vehicles. I worked with Amanda who went out of her way to see that my needs were met. I wanted to add a gooseneck hitch to the truck. After some research, Amanda told me that MOPAR no longer offers an aftermarket gooseneck for the RAM. She and the service manager and parts manager were able to locate 11 aftermarket kits at dealerships across the US. ... read more
