Dr. Burkhart is AWESOME!! Last night our bulldog Buster was hit by a motorcycle. We called the emergency number and Dr. Burkhart met us at the clinic within 15 minutes of our call! We were so impressed with the emergency care that was given to Buster and the kindness and consideration given to me and my family. We can't thank her enough for taking care of our baby. While at our home in Nags Head last week we had to take our 13 year old Corgi Boomer in for an unexpected visit. The news we got that evening was the worst imaginable. Our Boom was diagnosed with lung cancer. The compassion we felt from Dr Grossman helped our pain. We unfortunately lost our Boomer only a day and a half later. We will recommend RIAC to all of our friends on the OBX. Thank you for helping us though a difficult time.
Callie is the first dog that I've had that is HAPPY to go to the vet! She loves everyone there and enjoys the love she gets! She even enjoys the kittens! Best place ever!! ❤️
