I have used David with seamless property inspections 3 times! He did a great job all 3 times! He took lots of pictures and was very thorough to be sure nothing was missed! He was very professional and helpful through the entire process! I would reccomend him to anyone!!!! His report was also very easy to understand which i received the same day as the inspection! I was very impressed!!!! I will use him again in the future!
I hired David to inspect a property on Sunday October 29, 2017 because I needed someone who was available on short notice. To be fair to David, I will post a comprehensive review when I've received the home inspection report. So far, he is very responsive and receptive to my concerns. He is also punctual and knowledgeable.
David was extremely professional and courteous to work with from start to finish on our home inspection. He took ample time to inspect the property and I didn't feel that he rushed or skipped over anything, he was very thorough and detail oriented. He explained the repairs that were needed and why they were necessary which made me feel more confident in the home I was purchasing. Very intelligent of what to look for. Looked for things I hadn't thought about. Pointed out issues that needed to be addressed for potential bigger issues. Very professional and friendly. Can't recommend enough.
