Cheap, but renter beware. Holes in my apartments floor, doesn’t seem to be a huge issue for management, “we’ll fix it when you move out” well hopefully my foot doesn’t go through the floor before then! Windows and doors are drafty really bad, snow getting in the apartment from outside, inside the window there’s a sheet of ice a quarter inch thick because “these windows are from the 70’s.” AC/heating unit doesn’t reach all the way to the bedroom so it’s either very hot during the summer or extremely cold during the winter.
