John Barrett who owns Bone-Dry Construction & Basement Waterproofing Inc. is a very honest and thorough person who fixed my leaking basement without difficulty. John even brought me sump pumps as back-up without extra charge. I would recommend John and Josh his helper to anyone. John is very reasonable in his charges as well.
John installed a drainage system and sump pump in my basement. He was very reasonably priced, very detail oriented, took the time to explain things to me, and did a great job of clean up. Immediately after he finished the work we had a lot of rain and, where I would normally be bailing out the basement after, it was quite literally bone-dry. Highly recommend him! I called John regarding some water collecting in the corner of my basement. I had spoken to multiple foundation repair companies prior to Bone Dry, and I was completely being taken advantage of by companies trying to sell me in on several thousands of dollars worth of work that they deemed necessary. The day John came out, he diagnosed the issue and did so with integrity where he recommended a simple drainage grate. He and his crew operated with the utmost professionalism, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you!
