I love my apartment. I’m a school bus driver and recently my General Manager left me in Jefferson City . There was an investigation and I was on leave with out pay. Miss Mills was compassionate, understanding and showed Mercy. Gave me time to pay. God is so good and she said she would pray for me. I’m thankful to be leasing from such a great property. Thank you midtown because sometime things happen beyond our control.
I recently moved out of this apartment community after living here for about two years. My experience with the previous management was positive—they were responsive, professional, and made my family’s transition to Kansas City a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, after the new management took over about six months ago, the quality of communication and service declined significantly. I have been very disappointed with the current management. I submitted a maintenance request for pest control weeks ago, yet multiple appointments were scheduled and repeatedly missed after I prepared my apartment each time. They have repeatedly claimed they could not access the apartment, even though I gave them full permission to enter and was home during the scheduled appointments. I just Been here a week today and I’m so far pleased.. blessed to be here and it’s a beautiful area.. I’ll be back to update in 3 months.. and I think the Assistant Mgr 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾and the Property Manager 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾and the other two ladies are Great. Violet and I new home..thank you..
