Final update: after everything, they took $120 out of my deposit even though I SCRUBBED the place top to bottom. It’s been over a month and still waiting to receive what remains of my deposit back and honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they never send it. We have been here for a year and two months now, and thank God, our experience with this company has been quite good so far. However, our bike was stolen from the storage unit this month, and since management said they are not responsible for those, SAFETY has become a concern for us. We highly suggest not renting from this company. They use predatorial leasing practices to steal your security deposit and more at move-out. Trust the many reviews warning against this - they will not give you what you are owed. We were charged over $800 in "move-out charges" after our unit was left in a clean and unharmed condition.
