We have been here for a year and two months now, and thank God, our experience with this company has been quite good so far. We highly suggest not renting from this company. They use predatorial leasing practices to steal your security deposit and more at move-out. Trust the many reviews warning against this - they will not give you what you are owed. We were charged over $800 in "move-out charges" after our unit was left in a clean and unharmed condition. I’ve lived here for a year, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After a mistake on my lease, management refused to work with me and instead demanded over $2,000 on top of rent, while also moving up my move-out date. Their priority seems to be squeezing money out of tenants rather than offering any real help or understanding. Maintenance requests take an unreasonable amount of time to be addressed, but the office is always quick to call when it comes to payments. if you’re looking for an apartment do NOT rent with them. Rude office workers, NEVER respond to maintenance requests, BUGS BUGS BUGS galore all throughout my partner and I’s apartment, yet they charge a pest control fee? They upped the rent this past year for “landscaping” yet the grass and weeds are constantly unkept so not quite sure where all this fee money is going?
