I’ve lived here for a year, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. After a mistake on my lease, management refused to work with me and instead demanded over $2,000 on top of rent, while also moving up my move-out date. Their priority seems to be squeezing money out of tenants rather than offering any real help or understanding. if you’re looking for an apartment do NOT rent with them. Rude office workers, NEVER respond to maintenance requests, BUGS BUGS BUGS galore all throughout my partner and I’s apartment, yet they charge a pest control fee? They upped the rent this past year for “landscaping” yet the grass and weeds are constantly unkept so not quite sure where all this fee money is going? Final update: after everything, they took $120 out of my deposit even though I SCRUBBED the place top to bottom. Still waiting to receive my deposit back and honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they never send it. Truly the most disappointing and despicable rental company I have ever worked with. Please look elsewhere for your home. Serious maintenance issues will not be taken seriously or handled efficiently. WARNING: Do NOT rent here. They’ll smile during the tour, but once you move in, it’s all lies, hidden charges, and zero accountability. They will rob you of your deposit and drag their feet for months all while nickel-and-diming you for “damages” that are just normal wear and tear. Zero stars. This place is a scam.
