The people who work there are compassionate and helpful. Dr. Holmes is always willing to discuss treatment options. The clinic has state of the art equipment. You should make an appointment!
The front staff ladies are always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Holmes is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to and has calmed my anxiety of going to the tremendously! Jessica my hygienist does an amazing job! I would highly! recommend

They are amazing! The staff is wonderful and the work they did was perfect! I didn’t feel any pain during my procedures and I have always been terrified of dentists. They made sure I was comfortable and had no pain before ever doing anything to my teeth. I had an infection in a tooth that would t get numb so I had to go home with antibiotics and came back when the infection cleared up so my gum would numb! I’m so thankful they made sure I didn’t feel any pain. I recommend them to everyone! I have a beautiful smile now thanks... read more
Just had a crown put on this month...it was made right there in @15-20 minutes! So far so good!! 🦷 🦷🦷 The people there are very nice💜
The team at Roane Dental Associates always have done a fine job for me..I've always had a hard time and bad experiences with the dentistry growing up....so, with several bad experiences under my belt, I haven't been compliant in the regular visits due to painful experiences..but I have to say the last two visits under Dr. Holmes has help my anxiety and fear of going to the dentist...Thanks again Dr. Holmes...
Great experience today with a procedure I wasn't looking forward to. Dr Holmes and his staff are very efficient and professional. Really like the fact their equipment is up to date and you are walked through every step of the process. I left the office with good after care instructions and encouraged to call with any questions or any problem that might arise. Excellent pain management during my visit today. Thank you all so very much.
