I hate having to leave this review because the doctors and nurses at this office have always been wonderful. They are caring, compassionate, and have taken great care of my children. If this review were based solely on the medical staff, it would easily be five stars. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist, Amanda, has overshadowed that. Literally awful. If you have any kind of emergency and are not a patient and try to be they do not work with you. Not even to advice you on where else to go. You have better luck driving into Knoxville for emergencys.
