Roan & King installed a new tankless water heater and service valves in no time. John King was great, discussing the heaters they typically recommend and was open to alternatives, and the price quoted over the phone was accurate and reasonable. The plumbers did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one, including new pipes and service valves. Confident crew that knew what they’re doing from the start and didn’t have any hiccups or unforeseen added costs. Would recommend.
John came out and immediately told me what the issue was. Part was ordered and installed within 24hrs! Exceptional service!! Highly recommend.

Cancelled the day of the appointment 2 times. I had to take off work 3 times, and they didn't even call to explain. Every excuse to waste my landlord's time, my time, and the management office's time.
