Everyone knows their job and does it well.
Dr. Llado has been incredibly supportive of my surgery prep and post surgery recovery. Over the last year he and his team have been available for a myriad of reasons. From the traditional follow up appointments, any work documents needed for modifying my desk space or parking distance. He is professional and personable- I never doubted the process or his abilities to get me where I once was (walking 29,000 steps in Disney) and living life pain free!
First of all, I don't normally respond to text surveys as an email would suit old eyes better be more comprehensive and eloquent. If there were six stars I would have rated DR. Llado a six. Trust, personable manner, and a true belief in the care he is sincerely providing. He always answers every question, asks poinyent prodding questions himself, and takes the time to assure understanding.
