Dr. Roald Garcia is awesome! He will listen to you, he will give you advice, he knows exactly what questions to ask, and he cares! He is a very passionate psychologist and is extremely educated and knowledgeable, relatable, and kind. His office is a safe place to speak and express your emotions, and it is cozy! Customer service in this office is the WORST I called referred by my employer with information and autorization for 4 seccions with Doctor Garcia and the woman who answered the phone was stremilly rude and unprofessional I don’t understand how this Doctor has this people working for him specially a Psicologist, she declined this autorization because I have a different personal Insurence, I explained to her that I’m using my employer benefits for 4 seccions after that if I need to come back I need to uses my own Insurence and... read more
Rude no the rudest customer service ever mimicking voices as she talks down to people.
Excellent customer service service and very responsive staff especially Beth. Dr. Garcia is a great listener and very trustworthy and I highly recommend him to anyone.
