Excellent service provided by Roadsides Finest. They were very quick, knowledgeable and efficient. Hecham the technician was very friendly and knowledgable. He reached within 20 minutes after my call. He fixed my battery at around midnight and ensured that my car restarted. Highly recommend this service to everyone.
Rajab helped me get my key inside my locked car. He arrived to the location quick and was professional with getting my car unlocked.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was awful. Waited 2+ hours from Roadsides finest dispatched by TD insurance, no one ever showed despite multiple calls to them with no answer whatsoever. Turns out 2hrs in they cancelled it and redispatched. The company continuously was accepting the jobs but can pick up the phone to confirm. Waited in the cold for 90min after estimated arrival time, with no communication or even a call.
