My wife and I just purchased our 5th MINI from Roadshow. Their motoring advisor, Matt is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Buying from Roadshow is always a pleasant experience. Everyone is very courteous and professional and their customer service it top notch. We definitely feel like we are part of the Roadshow family.
"It sounds to me like you need to get your car fixed." This is exactly what Randy, the Service Manager, said to me when I complained about work his team performed on my car. I went to this location to have my sunroof closed. For some reason, it stopped working. I told the tech I wanted it closed and never wanted it to reopen again. My family has owned 3 MINIs and really wanted to purchase a 4th. The 2025 MINIs were expensive and we could not get a deal that we wanted. Our local dealership closed a few years ago so everything had to be done remotely. I contacted all of the closest MINI dealers and all of them had huge additional fees (like one had over a $1,000 documentation fee - $1,000! so always check the fine print).
