Roads does not treat their patients with care at all. The staff is friendly yes, but the car that I receive is always very rushed and they make me feel like they don’t care about me or my health concerns. From the Physical Doctor, my Mental Health Doctor and my Gynecologist Doctor. They had 3 chances to make me feel safe and they have failed me every single appointment. Please find yourself a better Doctor and do not come here.

I had an appointment during a very difficult time in my life, hoping for professional support. When Dr. Patel asked how I was feeling, I answered honestly, believing he genuinely cared. Instead, he abruptly cut me off and scolded me, stating he "he can't help me with that" and that he "had no time for this" and was only interested in whether I needed medication or refills. I had a very disappointing experience with the front office staff at this clinic. I was given incorrect information about my appointment date, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I arrived to clarify the situation, one of the front desk employees was on the phone with the doctor and shut me up in front of other patients, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional.
