I had an appointment during a very difficult time in my life, hoping for professional support. When Dr. Patel asked how I was feeling, I answered honestly, believing he genuinely cared. Instead, he abruptly cut me off and scolded me, stating he "he can't help me with that" and that he "had no time for this" and was only interested in whether I needed medication or refills. I had a very disappointing experience with the front office staff at this clinic. I was given incorrect information about my appointment date, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I arrived to clarify the situation, one of the front desk employees was on the phone with the doctor and shut me up in front of other patients, which was humiliating and completely unprofessional. Terrible experience and Dr. Sheth was no help. Basically kept trying to guess rather than doing an actual evaluation. Waste of time.
