I had the best experience with RoadRunners! Punctual, very careful and efficient they were amazing in helping us moving quickly despite the multilevel structure of our townhouse. The “Tetris” they played with the storage unit maximized the space and really amazed me. Very professional and highly recommended! Thank you!
Used them twice: once to move my things from the storage to a condo and then back to the storage a few years later. The first time there was no issues, the second move - not so great as I found some items were missing. They were responsive in the beginning, even promised to replace and deliver a lamp that they lost, and then simply disappeared. That was in April/May 2024. Just like someone else in the comments said - when issues arise they don't address them or see it through.
This team is the real deal! They helped us store items during our condo stage and sell, then moved us into our new home. They navigated narrow streets, delivered via a small pathway along the side of our house, and managed to fit large items around a tight doorframe. All with a smile and not a worry at all! True professionals and so hard working - call them!
If you ever need to hire movers, these guys are it! We needed last minute packing and moving for a full house and they did it! They are professional, organized, skilled and just overall great at what they do! They accommodated our needs, (my emotions), what we asked, every step of the way with tact. We are going through a difficult situation and the manner that they operate made life a little bit calmer! They are trustworthy and if ever we could recommend a business, this would be it! Brendon is a stand-up business owner. I had a request for some help loading a heavy piece of furniture. I had the truck, just needed an extra set of hands. Brendon was the only one out of around 5 companies I reached out to that actually offered me a reasonable price, as opposed to a standard minimum charge.
