I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They continue to bill when an acct is closed and they have no customer service whatsoever. They hang up on you and then do not answer their phone to fix the issue. We have been trying to work with them for a month. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, Google Review and all our friends in Payson. Ridiculous.

Recommendedi want to give a shout out to the roadrunner driver; my hubby overloaded the trash can, i saw the individual jump out of his truck to grab the fall out, i ran out to help the poor guy, he took his time and took care of the overrun. thank you Roadrunner, this isn't the first time your drivers are very courteous, especially we are seniors and try our best to help out too 😄
A big thank you to Roadrunner !! Yesterday two Keurig cups fell to the ground while dumping my trash can, the driver got out and picked them up. Thank you !

For four years, Road Runner has never missed a day. Very reliable. The billing system could use some work but that's minor. Highly recommended!
Very consistent and timely service
Want to give a huge shout out to the Roadrunner Rubbish crew. This weekend was my son's birthday trash can was very full, but between getting kids off to school and having to rush in an hour early, I forgot to put the can on the corner. My trash man took the time to grab my can wheel it out and dump it!! Thank you guys your awesome and the reason I stay local!!
Dependable, price is right, friendly, locally owned. Have had service for 1 1/2 years and completed satisfied 👍👍
