I’ve been going to this salon for 3+ years and am loyal to my nail tech. Jenny is amazing and I always recommend her! After remodeling and turning the salon into a med spa, I was interested in some of the services they have advertised on their windows. This would be my first time inquiring about anything med spa related so I was nervous, uneducated, but open and willing to learn about all they had to offer! got acrylics (new set) and the acrylic was lumpy and i had a different shape than i requested, i don’t recommend this place. not to mention it was $85 for short 1 color nails.
Poor sanitary practices. The cuticle and nail clippers as well as every other item were not cleaned in between uses of clients.
Service and techs were great but me and my partner were blindsided by our bill when we were finished with the services. Originally we were told it would be $55 per Mani Pedi plus $5 for the gels. As well as an additional $70 and $15 charge for acrylic nails and eye brow services. This would bring the total to $205 before any taxes. We were confused when we got a bill for $250+ with charges for services that were not only overpriced, but not received either.
