From the start, these people were wonderful. During the most difficult time, every single person from Roadrunner was kind. Everything clearly explained, and always open for questions. And we had questions. They made everything easy, from getting meds and equipment to arrangements for the deceased. Even after, there are people to help with grieving. Thank you, thank you, for being what we needed. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
My dad is a 100% disabled veteran. We had our pick of hospice care centers when that time came. I’m so glad we picked this one!! We initially met with Jill and she was amazing! My dads nurse Valerie is the absolute best! She just feels like family. It’s such a weight off mine and my mom’s shoulders having such great and reliable people! I would not use this service if you have the option. The level of care and professionalism from the staff here is disgraceful to Healthcare
My husband declined significantly over the past 6 months with Lewy Body Dementia and I was very concerned about not having extra support needed during his last days. His doctors recommended palliative care, which was hard to find. I called Roadrunner and just said I need help even if it is hospice. Mind you I had caregivers, but what I lacked was the expertise of a hospice support team.
