Wow. Absolute worst delivery company out there. They called to say they had our package, we set up a day and time for delivery. We cleared our morning and early afternoon to accommodate their window for delivery. We called the morning of, spoke to the rep who made the appointment and they once again confirmed the 4 hour time frame. No one showed. No call no text no explanation. We shipped 11 pallets from City of Industry, CA to Cleveland, OH. The truck picking up our shipment was on time and I think our delivery was a day early. We had tried to schedule this previously with another trucking company, but after 3 tries to get them to pick up our shipment we cancelled it. One important thing to consider when shipping (and we have made this mistake before): Get your pallet sizes, weights, and classes correct before getting a quote!
