Omg the worst experience my client had with them and I had to go all the way to city of commerce to get her shipment
At 5 am the trailer dropped off, at 11 pm no one even started unloading it...
Took 13 days for our car to be delivered instead of the 7 days quoted. Roadrunner constantly told us it was arriving most of those days, making us change appt, wait etc. They had no clue where our car was, terrifying service.
Working with this delivery company since April 2026 has been a study in frustration. Despite my proactive efforts to coordinate deliveries a full week in advance—and confirming those details multiple times—they consistently fail to meet their scheduled commitments. The excuses are always the same: driver issues, logistical failures, or simply failing to assign a driver altogether.
