I’m extremely frustrated with my experience using Road Runner Auto Transport. I submitted a request over three weeks in advance to have my car shipped from Houston, TX to San Pedro, CA. Throughout the process, they switched drivers three times and gave us the runaround. The original pickup date was supposed to be Friday, June 28, 2025.
