Roadrunner has been great from the start. Always timely in their response on social media. When I went to make a purchase, Ms Wanda did EVERYTHING to get me into what I wanted. I was quoted a price in person for a used car. I test drove the car. I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to have it inspected. RR allowed me to do so. However, when I got back, the salesman told me he accidentally misquoted the price to me by almost $3,000. I wasted a lot of time and effort. Even had to pay for the inspection. RR didn't even try to make it right by meeting me halfway in price. I will not go back to RR. Unprofessional.

I was in need of a car. Road Runner was there when I needed them. Helped me get a great car at a great price. Ms. Betty is awesome!!! The owners are super great. The mechanic is really good at what he does. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
