ZERO stars!! Extremely unreasonable prices, and VERY long wait time for a tech to get to you. Their ETA was 35-40 minutes, he got here about 2 hours later. It’s $165 deposit/service call, another $165 for technician’s DRIVING time (not mentioned in the original phone call), then hourly charge, and then VERY overpriced parts, and also “transaction fee” (not mentioned previously either).
