The female staff named Talia was very rude, unkind and inhumane. She laughed at me. She made fun of me. She made up her own policy, saying that I only had 30 minutes to get my belongings and only me and myself could grab them even though I was visibly battered From the car accident then she told me I needed a police escort after I threatened to file a complaint, then called the police on me, bared up the windows with cardboard boxes, papers and sticky notes very unhinged woman.

1 month ago I had no problems getting my car out of this towin place. I come for the second time and there policy changed. I’m the designated driver on registration. I’m in the insurance policy. It’s my driving car for work. And they still made me get a notary letter from the first name on the registration. It’s my dad’s name and he’s in a different state. How ridiculous is that.
