Unlike all other tire companies in Monroe they do not torque the lugs to spec. They use the pneumatic impact ratchet to tighten the nuts to way beyond the manufacturers specs. When they strip the lug stud they will not correct or replace the damaged part but instead deny that they did the damage. Do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire
