Went back to Road Mart in Midland City, AL. Started notice a problem with tire ware. Jonathan told me to pull on in and got Blake, their alignment tech to check things out. Found out I had a bushing wore out gone bad, and was pushing truck out of alignment. Again I got lucky to where they were not busy (no appointment scheduled) and was able to get me right in and start fixing the problems. Wow! I broke down with a semi trailer hub wheel issue about a mile away from their Midland City shop. I called the shop about an hour after they’d closed and surprisingly Jonathan still answered the phone. I told him what the situation was and he ask that I send him some pics. He said he’d have someone out at 7am and sure enough at 7am technician pulled up. They assessed the situation and consistently maintained communication with me throughout the day.
