They don't show up! They don't answer the phone when calling about your order. You are put on an endless hold! Walmart and TSC would do well to hire their own drivers for deliveries.
Very unprofessional service. Can never get ahold of customer service.
Nobody answers the live agent chat for drivers. It is frustrating to work for an app and get no response when we need help. Furthermore, the available phone numbers only forward you to the chat.
Customer service for drivers is so inadequate, yesterday I had 61 deliveries most of which had gates I couldn’t enter. Upon tailing someone in I was given the wrong gps coordinates and was in the phone queue for an hour after delivering 41 packages. I was unable to cancel the order or process a return because NOT A SINGLE PERSON answered the chat from 320 until 545 when I got kicked out of the app for nondelivery of packages when I FINALLY after almost 2hrs of waiting for customer service via phone it was 6pm !
