Although I had a few problems at first, with the correct address, being a pin on the map, a special driver contacted this company and the map was immediately updated and now my deliveries come exactly as I wish. The only recommendation I would have for this delivery service is for it to be allowed to be delivered without me being present. Like in my mailbox. It’s very difficult to hear people knocking at my door. I’m hard of hearing And the package is taken back to the drugstore if I don’t hear them knocking.!
Do not let this company handle your delivery no one is watching your order I know of drivers that have had customer items for 2 days at there house and roadie called the driver 2 days later and ask him is the stuff still at your house 😁😁👍👍😁😁
Dear Roadie, You all are not answering the messages in the chat or answering the phone. So maybe you all will be able to contact me after this review. Your platform is nice, however I do not understand why your customer service team does not answer the phone or return messages in the chat. I've been using the Rodie app since 2023, it feels & looks like going down the hill Day by day. Their treatment of the drivers is just unspeakable, they got a bot that texts and the damned bot keeps repeating & speaking the same nonsense generic replies. Rodie is the trashesest all the gig economy apps. Total garbage.
Unreliable. Drivers are late. Cancel with no explanation. They steal tips from drivers. No ability to have favorite (reliable) drivers. Only two of three trips are successful. Useful for one off, but not reliable for a business to use. Update. Still unreliable. Billing address on cc changed and instead of notifying me of failed transaction, they cancel three deliveries on my then lock me out of my account. No evening support to help and resolve.
