We found Road2Freedom an excellent company to hire from: The motorhome was well-maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped; the well-prepared instruction video-clips were very helpful to us as 'beginners' in the world of motorhomes; and Melissa was very helpful, encouraging us to text any questions to her throughout the hire, which were always answered quickly. Road2Freedom certainly know their business!Â
The whole experience was fantastic. From taking a look at the Motorhomes through to booking, Melissa and Nev were absolutely 100% available to answer any questions we had. We had a fabulous week travelling around Norfolk and stayed at some great sites. Very comfortable to drive and sleep in, what more could you want. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip, not something we have done before but definitely will be booking again. Thank you for a really fun trip, we didn't want to come home.Â
An amazing time on our trip around the Devon,Somerset North coastline. ROAD2 FREEDOMwere amazing from start to finish ,only a call away if in any trouble, which we werent LoL. Couldn't recommend more highly, the motorhome was immaculate and very well equipped, communication was incredible with 24hr support throughout and this was our first motorhome hire so we were very nervous going into it but were provided with video manuals and a full handover document with everything we needed to know and now we can't wait to hire again with Road 2 Freedom! Dog friendly too and our dog absolutely loved it too!Â
We rented a motorhome from Road2 Freedom and had an outstanding experience. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and the booking process was seamless. Mel and Nev were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything that needed for our trip. We did, however, accidentally damage the outdoor table during the rental. We communicated this to the team, and they were understanding and fair in discussing the repair costs. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency.
