Having been away from this therapy for some time, i recall my sessions being rather strange especially at the end. I was experiencing a very turbulent period in my life at the time and at the end of the day I was very mentally unhealthy. the therapist I worked with was fine, but there were multiple issues with scheduling. several times I had an appointment scheduled that was not actually booked, so the day came, I reached out and they did not have an appointment on the books for me. this happened 3 times in the few months I worked with them. I highly suggest they implement an online booking tool that integrates with all their counselors' calendars to address this.

I've been referring clients to Road to Therapy for over a year now and have had a wonderful experience! The staff are kind and helpful. More importantly, clients are getting good counseling services!
