Someone named Katie answered sounding flustered and unprofessional, stating that they were "in a session" and answered only because they thought it was an emergency... *trying to blink away confusion to the abrasivness* MAM, this is the very first time I have ever dialed this number. Technology has evolved to a place where a phone setting exists for this exact reason.
If you are looking for a DOT certified SAP Katie B. is the one. Katie is very knowledgeable, proficient, and fast when it comes to navigating and submitting all of the proper required documents to the clearinghouse right the first time.
Katie B is hands down the best of the best. She is knowledgeable, intuitive and prompt. The whole experience which can be very stressful with the wrong SAP, was a breeze and flew by smooth. Katie truly cares for her clients and to get them back on the road. Thank you for everything Katie!!
