My story, like many is filled with things no person should have to go through. I met Miranda Franklin by chance when signing my daughter up for therapy after a horrific life event. Just called the number listed on the website for the first time. Ever. Someone named Katie answered sounding flustered and unprofessional, stating that they were "in a session" and answered only because they thought it was an emergency... *trying to blink away confusion to the abrasivness* MAM, this is the very first time I have ever dialed this number. Technology has evolved to a place where a phone setting exists for this exact reason.
