This place is great! The owners and employees are so nice, and they make everything from trash to propane super convenient. The location is perfect for getting to various locations in the area (including beaches and attractions) and the area is full of wide open land, yet close to shopping and dining (there’s even dining on site and a general store that has everything you could ever need at fair prices). Lots of amenities, and very reasonable rates!!
This is a hidden gem for sure. This is our 4th year here and we absolutely love it! The staff and facility is second to none! We love everything about it! Hopefully we can live here fulltime in the near future but for now we use it 10 days out of the year! The beach is close as is Walmart and Publix! The washer and dryers are a hit for us too! The heated pool and golf course are great but we use the pond for fishing the most! The store is loaded and the restaurant has excellent food at a decent price! We love it! Thanks

Lovin' life here at Road Runner. The staff is great and there is so much to do I dont know where to start. Hats off to the Minix family for making this our home away from home.
We love it here. It’s 15 mins to the Ocean and beaches. A 15 min drive to Vero Beach, malls ect. Hutchinson Island is 10 minutes away. We have a little store here and a restaurant. Beautiful bathrooms/bath house and a huge laundry facility...They have beautiful cabin suites they are very clean!!! They have a pool, tennis courts, live music and lots of activities. The staff here are very accommodating, friendly and kind.
