Nunca mas regresare a este lugar,la reseccionista es una persona mal educada y sin modales,el trato fue pecimo,4 horas esperando por cambiar 2 gomas y no estaba listo,la mujer que esta en la reseccion es alguien que no quiciera bolver a ver, el dueño del negocio no tiene idea de la persona que esta en la reseccion, horrible y ordinaria ,mucho cuidado mi gente ,ella tiene una berruga en el labio superior ,algo tipico de Las brujas,

If I could leave zero stars I would. I went here to get my new tires and rims balanced and aligned. They BENDED and SCRATCHED my brand new rims that cost me over $1000. I suggest NOTTT to go to this place. Over priced for nothing, just to ruin your new products. I had to take it somewhere else that charged $25 when road runner charged $80. Me and my family are never doing business there again

ITS MY THIRD TIME GOING TO ROAD RUNNER AND ITS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND VERY EFFICIENT, I NEEDED NEW TIRES AND THEY CHANGED IT IN NO TIME! . THE LOCATION IS GREAT THE PLACE IS CLEAN AND HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF WHEELS. ROAD RUNNER IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO.

A great place. They seem to be very knowledge and easy to talk to. Very different from most shops. The steering vibrated at speeds between 60-70 mph. I thought the tires needed balancing. This was done and at no extra cost two tires were remounted because I was shown that they had been mounted backwards. I was impressed by the quality, efficiency, and fair pricing for this service.
