They sell your product, tell you that you can return/exchange if you’re unhappy with said product and then when you come in to exchange for something else they deter you and dismiss what you have to say. No wonder these stores are closing left and right. Thanks for nothing— I’m definitely going to cancel my “VIP” membership as it is as useless. I will buy my shoes from now on elsewhere.
I had a great experience, purchasing new shoes. Jaiden Was really helpful, despite it being extremely busy. He was knowledgeable and so pleasant. For the past 15+ years, I have purchased all my running shoes from Road Runner. Love the selection and customer service.
Jayden provided gold star service during our visit! He took the time to walk our friend through a full fit experience and helped explain the differences between the different stability and cushion options. We will definitely ask for him by name the next time we are in the store!
I love Road Runner Sports. I have been shopping with them for over 19 year, from the time when they were just an online operation.
