My points disappeared. I have tried to resolve this with no help from customer support. I was a customer for over 10 years. The support has been rude and I have spoken with several other people on the phone with no assistance. I would strongly advise you avoid road runner and their VIP membership scams. They don't honor your rewards and find ways to make your rewards disappear. I have been a loyal customer of Road Runner Sports for around 8 years. What keeps me coming back to them is the VIP program that has rewards points and the 90 day return policy, however; as of the last few months my rewards points keep disappearing. This seems to happen every time I put a new shoe in my cart or the day after I am getting ready to purchase shoes. I feel like I am getting the runaround.
