Impressive customer service, the attention to getting me into the perfect pair of shoes was refreshing. I moved out of state, still I just ordered 2 pairs of shoes to be shipped. All of my experiences over the years keep me coming back to Roadrunner.
Roadrunner Sports had been my go to for motion control running shoes. The membership allows me to return if I need to, however I have purchased the same brand for years, so really no return necessary. I ordered online and the customer service representative was awesome!! She was friendly and helpful. I appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. All around Roadrunner Sports is an awesome place to shop.
