Tried to order online through their website and despite entering my address correctly they were unable to deliver my shoes to my house. They tried shipping them out twice and both times had to wait weeks just for them to have the wrong address and get sent back. After a month of waiting and emailing their less than helpful customer service, they told me the shoe I want is out of stock. I got a refund and will not be attempting to buy anything from them again.
JaiSin gave us excellent service from shoes, hats, socks through orthotics! He was totally comfortable and confident in his knowledge of all the products we were interested in. We would highly recommend this store!

Steven was amazing. I purchased shoes about a week ago that had too much space in the front. He checked to make sure the shoes were a great fit (he brought out 3 sizes) and exercised a lot of patience. He even made sure to grab a new pair of insoles as the other insoles were too big. The overall experience was top tier because in rapport building, he recalled me stating I was going for a run and offered me water. I will definitely return for another pair soon.
