We were in a pinch! My daughter had her graduation heels for her week with me and dad refused to allow us to pick up her tennis shoes. It was 5:30 pm the day of 6th grade graduation and we had planned to go to Universal Studios the next day. The staff worked quickly, efficiently, expertly and kindly even inserted some humor into the situation to provide an easy solution for a less than desirable situation.
