This company has nice properties with nice prices, but their communication is TERRIBLE! No phone to call, no office, only messaging communication which they do not reply to in a timely manner. I would not recommend them because you cannot contact them directly. Seems very sketchy honestly. But they will stalk and harass you about money.

Mike McFarland goes above and beyond what we expect of a property manager. He is responsive and direct which makes it easy to conduct business from out of town. We recommend him very highly. Other Road Runner staff have been very competent, friendly and easy to work with. For hands on, committed service, look no further.
