Run don’t walk away from this company!! I promise you that the good reviews on this website are lies!!! They “ lost Half of my furniture” ( the expensive half!) and 58 boxes that were carefully packed were destroyed!! Our belongings were stored in a non climate controlled facility, so that many items were not only broken but melted and discolored! This company and their staff are FRAUDS. They lie, cheat and steal from customers. Their “insurance” is insulting and pays less than 1% of the value of items. My antiques were lost and damaged and I was was left with broken boxes of shattered glass. I paid additional for extra secure packaging which they did not provide. They broke and lost electronics. They do not return phone calls. Consider yourself warned.

Don’t give these guys a deposit. They told me they set up delivery for a truck and took a $200 deposit. Guy named Andy is who I dealt with. Now neither him or the company won’t answer my calls, texts or emails amd it’s been over 2 weeks. They took my deposit and probably blocked my number. Now I have to deal with trying to get my money back through the bank and still have to set up transport weeks later. Don’t fall for these crooks!!!
