Absolute worst move ever. Movers stole Jewelry and broke tools, then lied to the police about how many people worked the move. Roadrunner’s claims won’t answer their phone to fix the issue. Find another company to hire.
They never called back to give a bid
This was our first time using a moving company so we had no idea what to expect. We booked the appointment three weeks before we had to move and the day of they communicated they were 30 minutes out and arrived right on time! They started moving everything at the speed of light! It was truly an amazing sight to see a team of three guys gutting a five bedroom house with the care and finesse that they all took.
