I have been dealing with road runner for 15 months now, STILL no resolution. I have to reach out to them to get any kind of information. Two rooms in my house are FREEZING because of no heat. They have come up with a couple of ideas within the last 15 months with too much time between attempts. More excuses then remedies. This is a brand new house and the problem has been happening since day one
These gentlemen are amazing! They were professional, detailed, had a sense of urgency to get our house AC up, and clearly worked as a team. Jeremy understood my situation (in-laws coming in on Friday) and was very kind. He even helped with a rusty duct that was outside of the scope. Overall I am extremely impressed with their high level of customer service and am very happy with the new AC !
