This guy confronted a young kid who was able to recover this car in the river at Algonkian Park. He threatened the kid for supposedly taking money out of his pocket be ause he removed car from the river before he and his tow truck arrived . The Fire department asked if anyone could get the car out before it floated away, and the young kid was able to. The company is Road Runner. Please avoid this company if you need service !!

Impounded my car while the parking pass was in it. It was either hanging and they put it on the floor, or it fell and should have been visible if they cared at all. They just want to extort people out of money and charged me $300 for all of this. All while I had to go 25 minutes away from my home, and wait for 45 minutes for them to let me have my car that they towed from my house. Companies like this are a net negative on society and the world would be a better place without them
Road Runner truck with license plates RRWS238 came in on Sunday at our tire shop in Rockville . Driver started yelling at our customers and employees and after that tried to start a fight and threaten employees that he will come back and hurt them all. Run our parking sign with his truck and left.Police report was filed and Road Runner towing was called. Let’s see if they do something about it.
Not only were they quick, but they also made sure to send a truck that could accommodate a transition car seat since I had my toddler with me. The driver (I was a bit overwhelmed, but I remember his name started with a J) was incredibly kind and helpful! I didn’t end up needing a tow, it turned out to be a battery issue and he not only helped jump my car but also guided me on what to do next.
