A driver from Road Runner towing company confronted a young man who was able to recover this car in the river at Algonkian Park. He threatened the kid for supposedly taking money out of his pocket be ause he removed car from the river before he and his tow truck arrived . The Fire department asked if anyone could get the car out before it floated away, and the young kid was able to. The company is Road Runner. Please avoid this company if you need service !!

Called at 8:44pm for roadside assistance and it’s 10:07. I am not sure why this business would accept a job from my insurance when we are nowhere near Chantilly or Sterling, VA. (We are stranded in Dumfries, VA) Now I’ve been waiting in my car at a gas station with my 9yr old daughter for over an hour for a tire change. Christopher was great!! He got to me in a timely manner when the conditions outside weren't great. He got me back on the road pretty quickly.
