If i could give negative stars, Road Runner Wrecking would have received that score. Via USAA roadside assistance, your company was assigned to assist me at 2252 on 9 June 2026 with an ETA of 30-60 minutes. It's now 0230 on 10 June 2026 and nobody has arrived. I've received 3 texts, each one extending the time assistance would arrive. I believe that Road Runner Wrecking deliberately deceives the company that USAA contracts to find roadside assistance. This employee from Road Runner towing company confronted a young man who was able to recover this car in the river at Algonkian Park. He threatened the kid for supposedly taking money out of his pocket be ause he removed car from the river before he and his tow truck arrived . The Fire department asked if anyone could get the car out before it floated away, and the young kid was able to. The company is Road Runner. Please avoid this company if you need service !!
