Roadside service was 2 and a half hours after their confirmed ETA. Tech did not fix the issue completely. If you have an issue find another Tow/Roadsie service vendor.
They quoted me an extra $60 just because I said my car had some small splitters under the bumper. Did not affect driving it up the flatbed at all. Competitors did not even bother asking me such silly questions.
If i could give negative stars, Road Runner Wrecking would have received that score. Via USAA roadside assistance, your company was assigned to assist me at 2252 on 9 June 2026 with an ETA of 30-60 minutes. It's now 0230 on 10 June 2026 and nobody has arrived. I've received 3 texts, each one extending the time assistance would arrive. I believe that Road Runner Wrecking deliberately deceives the company that USAA contracts to find roadside assistance.
